Delicious Plum Preserves

Plum preserves are one of my favorites! My plum harvest was much smaller this year. I’m sure the major pruning we last winter and the drought contributed to the smaller harvest. Thankfully, the fruit is still sweet and juicy like last year, and I still had enough to make preserves!

Peanut (or Almond) Butter Cups

Years ago, candy was almost a food group for me, I’d eat some every day! Working next to a 7-11 helped maintain my sugar habit. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups were one of my favorites.

Amazingly YUMMY and HEALTHY!

I still enjoy homemade, healthy sweets every now and then. I love it when I find a treat has ingredients full of healthy fat, and nothing fake, or processed.

I found a recipe awhile back from Oatmeal with a Fork that I tweaked to satisfy my taste buds. It is quick, easy, and doesn’t even require using your oven!

It’s so simple, I bet many of you have the ingredients in your pantry right now. I usually make a double batch because we practically inhale them! I’ve made them for guests, and they are always a big hit. So don’t file this away for later, make it now, you won’t be disappointed! Continue reading
