Hi Jen,
I hope you’re having a wonderful and God-blessed time in Hawaii!
Regarding glutathione, do you take supplemental glutathione, and if so…what kind do you take? And how do you take it?
Thanks so much!
Diane 🙂

Thank you Diane! We are enjoying our time in Maui! I do not regularly take a supplement for glutathione. My understanding is that getting it from dietary sources is best, as it will encourage you body to make more. There is a supplement called Glutathione Recycler by Apex Energetics that my TCM doctor recommends. It contains N-Acetyl L-Cysteine and Alpha Lipoic Acid, both of those are key in helping the body produce glutathione. My understanding is that glutathione in supplement form is not absorbed by the body. This supplement helps to encourage your body to make it. Here’s the link

Hope all is well!
