Thankful Thursday #16 – Healing

Merry_Christmas_Red_by_mranaI’d like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and a blessed New Year!

This time last year, I was experiencing a relapse of my Lyme symptoms. It was not a fun, or happy time. Instead of resting, I pushed myself to “put on a happy face” and attend Christmas events. I’ve learned this past year, that’s not always the best thing to do!

I’m so thankful for the breakthrough healing this year. The past two months being symptom free have been UNREAL, in a good way!

I encourage anyone dealing with Lyme, or other health issues to please take care of yourself  and don’t over do it! I know this is sometimes easier said than done!

I wish everyone amazing health in the New Year! Our bodies are truly awesome, and with proper care have the ability to heal from what seems impossible!

On another note, I’ve found I only have time to write one, sometimes two posts a week. Committing to write a weekly Thankful Thursday post has been fun but hasn’t left me with much time to write about anything else! I have about 10 “draft posts” waiting to be finished 🙂

I’ve decided with the New Year to change my Thankful Thursday series to occur on the last Thursday of each month. I plan on sharing the things I was thankful for during that month.

This should allow me to write about other things that are happening with the bees, or the baby chicks that will arrive in the summer, and whatever else happens on this adventure!

What are you thankful for today? Share with me in the comments!
