Infusio Treatment Dates: November 9 – 20, 2015 2015_01_03_17_04_26

Name: Emily

Age: 33

What have you been diagnosed with?

Lyme, Babesia, Bartonella, Mono (Epstein-Barr Virus) and Parvovirus

When were you diagnosed?

March 2014

How long have you been treating Lyme and/or other infections?

Since April 2014

How were you diagnosed?

Western Blot test from IGeneX

If you had a Western Blot test, did it show positive for Lyme according to CDC standards?

CDC results said negative, IGeneX results said positive

Were you misdiagnosed with anything else prior to Lyme diagnosis?

Patellar tendonitis in right knee. A doctor mentioned possibly rheumatoid arthritis. I rolled my eyes at him and never officially got tested because I was 20 years old at the time.

Do you remember a tick bite and/or bulls eye rash?

Not at all

How long do you think you’ve been infected?

At least 22 years, I probably got bit while taking horseback riding lessons. I got really sick when I was 11 years old. They did a whole lot of tests and came up with a whole lot of nothing.

What treatments have you tried? If possible, please list what medications, herbs, and/or supplements you’ve taken.

I’ve done tons of oral antibiotics such as –

Clindamycin,Clarithromycin (Biaxin) , Ceftin, Malarone, Suprax, Bactrim, Stomectol, Ivermectin, Minocycline, Doxycycline, and Mepron

And one intramuscular antibiotics for a couple of months. Many different types of herbal remedies, like NutraMedix and Byron White, and supplements. I About 2 months ago he recommended Ozone IV therapy or Hydrogen Peroxide IV therapy. I didn’t do either and instead decided to go to Infusio.

Do you feel any of your current and/or prior treatments helped?

According to my recent IGeneX test, my numbers have gotten much better. My Bartonelle specifically went from 640 antibodies to a  recent 40. I’d say my treatments have helped. I also don’t have migraines anymore.

Please rate your overall well-being at this time, using a percentage. For example, 100% would be in perfect health, and symptom free.

I feel at this time I am unable to give an estimation. I’m obviously not at 100%, but I can’t remember what 100% felt like so I don’t have a scale to determine my current health. I am not incapacitated. I’m like a high functioning alcoholic, I’m in a crap ton of pain and discomfort, yet I still manage to function.

Please list your top five to ten symptoms, in order of severity.Give a rating of pain and/or severity, if possible.(1=mild to 10=severe)

Joint Pain = 8 (Stayed about the same throughout treatment)

Neuropathy = 7 (Increased recently, was never a problem before treatment)

Fatigue/Insomnia = 5 (Fatigue has gotten much better with treatment, though now I have insomnia)

Food Sensitivities = 6 ( I want to eat an avocado!)

Speech and Writing Issues = 5  (This has not changed since treatment. I mix up word, I invert numbers and letters. It’s super annoying.

Why did you choose to get treatment at Infusio?

My sister-in-law had Lyme and went to Infusio a year ago. She’s not 100% better. She has also been in contact with many people who have gone and most have become better.

What is your Infusio treatment goal?

Please see my top five symptoms. I want those to be gone. I want live symptom free
